Easy Moves Fitness is open seven days a week to accommodate various schedules. Our standard operating hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays, and from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends. We also offer 24/7 access for members with our premium membership plans.

Do I need to book classes in advance?

While booking classes in advance is recommended to secure your spot, especially for popular sessions like Yoga Flow and HIIT, walk-ins are welcome based on availability. We encourage members to utilize our online booking system for convenience and to manage their schedules effectively.

What amenities are included with membership?

Our memberships include access to all fitness equipment, group classes, swimming pool, locker rooms with showers, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Additionally, members receive free consultations with our nutritionists and trainers to help tailor their fitness journeys.

Are there personal trainers available?

Yes, we have a team of certified personal trainers available to assist you. They offer one-on-one training sessions, group training options, and can help design customized workout and nutrition plans to help you achieve your specific fitness goals.

What is your cancellation policy?

Members can cancel their memberships at any time with a 30-day notice. For pre-booked classes, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any fees, allowing others the opportunity to take the spot. We strive to maintain flexibility to accommodate our members' needs.
